• Items must be returned or exchanged in their original condition, unused, and with original packaging.
• Returns are accepted within 3 days, and exchanges within 7 days from the date of purchase.

• Customers must provide product photos, order number, city, and delivery address when requesting a return or exchange.
• If the product is defective or does not match the agreed description, it will be replaced with another product or refunded accordingly.
• Full refunds are issued if the delivered product is completely different from the description listed on the website.
• We are not responsible for customer expectations not clearly mentioned in the product description.
• If the customer requests a return without any defect or issue, a 30% fee (or minimum equivalent value) will be deducted from the refund.
