When will I receive my order?

Delivery time depends on the selected shipping method and delivery provider. AYZENOUR works with multiple delivery representatives across major cities. Typically, orders are delivered within 1 to 3 days after confirmation.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, our partnered shipping companies deliver within the country and to selected cities listed on the shipping page.

However, you can request international shipping by contacting our team via WhatsApp. We will provide details regarding product weight, shipping costs, and available international carriers not yet integrated into the website.

What if the product has a manufacturing defect?

Please refer to our Return Policy for full details on return and exchange conditions.

In case of a confirmed manufacturing defect, the product can be returned as agreed. The customer will be responsible for shipping and return shipping fees, while the product cost will not be charged, according to our return policy.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
